How to Apply
The application for Haskell Upward Bound can be made either through the Haskell Upward Bound program or your school counselor. The process requires the following steps:
Step 1
Complete and sign the application forms
Step 2
Copies of Middle School or High School Transcript, Standardized Test Scores, Social Security Card, Insurance Card, and CDIB,
Step 3
Documentation of Family Income
Step 4
Turn in all required information to Haskell Upward Bound.
Applications must be filled out in there entirety. Failure to complete application entirely and/or falsification of information may result in denial of admission or dismissal from Haskell Upward Bound program.
Upon receipt of competed application, students and parent(s)/guardian will be interviewed. Letters of acceptance or denial will be mailed directly to the student.
