Theatre

The theatre program introduces students to theatre appreciation, theatre history, acting, and dramatic literature. The program seeks to equip students with self-confidence, leadership, and a greater appreciation for performance. The program includes courses that meet general-education distribution requirements as well as electives. The program includes the study of Western and world theatre as well as Native theatre. Haskell has a long theatrical tradition, including nearly fifty years of sponsoring Thunderbird Theatre, one of the oldest Native theatre organizations.
