Nutritious, culturally relevant dining for Haskell students, staff & guests

Curtis Hall is the primary dining facility at Haskell Indian Nations University, providing nutritionally and culturally relevant food options, balanced meals, comfort favorites, and options for a variety of dietary needs in a welcoming, community-focused space.

What you’ll find in Curtis Hall:

  • Hot entrées, salad bar, soups, and fresh fruit

Hours of Operation

Curtis Hall operates on a regular weekly schedule during the academic year. Holiday, break, and summer hours may vary and will be announced in advance.

Monday through Friday Saturday & Sunday
Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Dinner: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Brunch: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Dinner: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Haskell Dining Services offers a variety of rotating options, including traditional favorites, lighter choices, and vegetarian selections. When available, menu details may include ingredients and common allergen information.

Meal Prices

Curtis Hall meal pricing is set by the Office of the Vice President of University Operations.

Students with meal plan: Included in the fees
Students without meal plan: $5.00 per person
Employees of Haskell: $5.00 per person
Outside students touring the campus: $5.00 per person
Any person not working or attending Haskell: $12.00 per person

Are dietary accommodations available?
Dining Services strives to provide options for a range of dietary needs. Students with specific medical or religious dietary requirements should contact Dining Services and, if appropriate, coordinate with Student Services or Accessibility Services for support.
Can I take food out of the dining hall?
To comply with meal plan guidelines and food safety policies, Curtis Hall may have specific rules regarding to-go items or containers. Check posted signs or ask a Dining Services staff member about current to-go options and expectations.
How will I know if hours change for a holiday or break?
Adjusted hours for holidays, breaks, and special events will be communicated through campus email, posted signs at Curtis Hall, and, when available, updates on the Haskell website or social media channels.
